Malty with a slightly sweet character and a spicy finish. The candy sugar gives this beer its special character. Use a bit more priming sugar to increase the carbonation level a bit. Condition for 4 to 6 weeks. For 20 litres of beer.

  • Pilsner malt
  • Pale wheat malt
  • Aromatic / Amber malt

Hops:

  • Tettnanger
  • Saaz

Extra ingredients:

  • Koriander
  • UltraMoss®
  • Sugar

Yeast:

  • Fermentis Safale K-97
  • OG: 1.072
  • FG: 1.011
  • Alcohol: 8%
  • Colour: 17 EBC
  • Bitterness: 24 IBU

Note: Contains gluten

This all-grain beer recipe kit is composed of the best malts of The Swaen®, Weyermann® and Dingemans. The malts still need to be crushed. The vacuum-sealed hop is packed in ready-to-use hop boiling bags. The type of yeast is carefully chosen.

NOTE: You need to make a yeast starter at least one day before.
